About This Exhibit

This exhibit is a digital version of an exhibit at the Slater Concourse of the Aidekman Gallery at Tufts University, November 18 - December 15, 1998.

The exhibit was composed by Charles G. Nelson, Professor, Department of German, Russian, and Asian Languages and Literatures, and Madeline H. Caviness, Mary Richardson Professor, Department of Art and Art History, who are preparing a monograph on text and image in the Sachenspiegel.

The initial version of the digital exhibit was originally staged in 1999 in HTML and CSS and hosted on dca.tufts.edu.

It was converted to exhibits.tufts.edu by Sari Mauro in March 2019.
