About this exhibit

Tufts University: 175 Years of Innovation was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Office of the President, Tufts Archival Research Center, Tufts University Art Galleries, and University Communications and Marketing.

Nominations for innovations listed here were submitted by leadership from all Tufts Schools. Selections were then curated by Alexandra Bush, Public Services and Instruction Archivist, Dina Deitsch, Director of Tufts University Art Galleries, Emmaline Kenny, Archival Research Assistant, and Daniel Santamaria, University Archivist and Director, Tufts Archival Research Center.

Physical exhibits were installed in Tisch Library and the Coolidge Room in Ballou Hall in September 2026. The physical exhibits were designed by Jennifer Liston Munson. The first phase of this digital exhibit was created by Alexandra Bush and Sari Mauro in August and September 2026. Additional images and content will be added to the exhibit throughout the 175th anniversary year.
